Booking through TripMasters was easy and your agents also assisted with rebooking flights the first time they were canceled. With the sheer volume of flights that were canceled this past month, it was very stressful as we had to spend 3 hours on the phone with the airlines and another hour at the airport to reschedule flights when they were canceled again. Once we got to our destination though, the hotel was easy to find and hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Special thanks to Veronica, who has helped us organize several trips. She has Always been able to address any questions or worries flawlessly! Last year we took 3 grandchildren to Taormina and Rome. This March we are going to Rome, Siena and Venice with two family members who have never travelled to Europe, so her help has been really important!
